SuperWebSocket & WLBS

Hi kerry,

Does Superwebsocket has support with WLBS? I tried to do it, but it is not accessible through the cluster IP - no response when connecting to the server.

Thanks

WLBS?

What's that?

Is it a load balance or route software? If so, does it support websocket protocol?

Windows Load Balancing Service - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc768150.aspx

It supports any TCP/IP based network services, so I think. I can't find information specifically about it is supporting websockets.

Did you check the configuration issues like ports limitation, protocol options, and so on?

SuperWebSocket can run in Windows Azure, so I think it should work with WLBS correctly.

IP forwarding was disabled by default in windows server 2008 - so enabling it fixes it. I noticed prior to that telnet to the cluster IP was refused however the specific IP was working.
