WebSocket do not work remote

Aug 5, 2011 at 7:41 PM

I tryed to use the superwebsocket on Windows Server 2008 R2 with firewall disabled, but i cant connect with the server, and i tryed to connect with Google Chrome on the server using localhost adress and i got access!

I tested on my own machine and only localhost connections work.

Do you know how to solve it?

Are your server exposed to the external network directly? Is there any network policy controller in your route or other device?

Yes, my server is exposed directly to the Internet, is a test server.
The server has a firewall between the network and windows, but I have access to it, and liberatedaccess to port 2011 which is the WebSocket, but still do not have access by accessing ip

The command "telnet serverip 2011" can work? If not, it is sure a network problem!

Is there any logs for it in server side?

No.

I believe the problem was on my work, there should be some port blocking outside, because i tried now from my home after talk with you and i have access now
